Job Responsibilities 工作职责：-understand factory and customer requirements，negotiate pricing and book space with forwarders，establish well functioning customs clearance processes，troubleshoot and above all，ensure timely deliveries to our factories and customers.-Establish logistics metrics and monitor forwarder and carrier performance-Ensure timely communication and resolution of logistics issues-Create a culture of continuous improvement-Improve use of ERP system to more effectively manage logistics processes
Education/Experience/Skills required 教育/背景/技能要求：-Degree or Tertiary educated-More than 5 years experience in logistics management-Excellent command of English-Outstanding communication skills-Garment industry experience is an added advantage-Flexible，mature，self motivated，keen to meet deadlines and able to work under pressure
