现我们的客户急需招聘“DCM Project Manager”供应链项目经理（南京）1名，具体要求如下：
Responsibilities1.Manage forecasting process for the CRA BSD scope by sales regions，product groups and customers together with Demand Forecast Analyst.2.Actively communicate with Account Management，Business Managers，Site Managers，Production Planners，and those affected by the Demand and Supply.3.Propose and implement the demand chain plan，inventory and supply plan for the new CRA entities in line with inventory policy and market trends，including matrix combination between Plants and Products.4.Overall capacity check processC balance between demand and Production facilities/capabilities.5.Develop and set up tolling business process；6.Develop and set up trade business process；7.Optimise import business from CRE；8.Develop trade business in China；9.Report and advise regarding re-allocation of products and capacity utilization to DCM and M＆T for all CRA entities.10.Develop and setup reports as defined containing KPIs：Sales Realization，Delivery Capability，Capacity Utilization，Stocks Levels，Complaints，Costs in the Transport Chain.11.Maintain constant and positive contact with Demand Chain Manager and the BSD project team.12.Propose Demand plans，Inventory＆Supply plans，to Sales and Production areas for all CRA entities.13.Setup and develop S＆OP process for the new CRA entities.14.Execute the defined SHE and Quality policies for Demand Chain Planning for the new CRA entities.15.Comply with DSM Values，“People，Planet，Profit”，HR policies，minimum requirements and guidelines.
Requirements1.Master’s degree or equivalent experience in management or similar.MBA would be an advantage.2.Fluent in local language and also competent in English.3.Minimum 5 years experience in logistics 4.Excellent communication/presentation skills.
