职位描述:

Key Responsibilities:
·Process
-Lead regional site supply chain operation standard process development and deployment,inclusive supply chain within each operation sites external warehouses,in compliance with SOX requirement,local regulations,global/regional headquarters functional policy and strategy,fit into best benefit of business outcome;
-Connect Holdco supply chain and site supply chain function,the two teams work as one team,focus on improving process efficiency and eliminate waste. Integration of plant SCM into overall regional SCM;
-Provide daily functional guidance,recommendation and leadership to all plant site supply chain practice covering planning&scheduling,purchasing&procurement,logistics operation,import&export,3PL management etc. ;
-Coach&collaborate with site supply chain staffs to well understand the processes and work with different cross functions to get process smoothly executed;
-Develop measuring,tracking and analyzing system to evaluate how the site supply chain processes were carried out and provide facts/data-driven recommendation&requirements for site supply chain improvements;
-Be functional major focal point working closely with plant leaders in facilitating Kaizen event and functionally championing site supply chain improvement projects.
-Define,monitor and manage best performance from logistics service providers.
-Work seamlessly with peel functions like sourcing leaders,plant leaders,physical distribution&warehouse leaders,and sales leaders to drive best integrated supply chain performance.

·Improvement
-Take ownership to lead site supply chain team and other cross functions team to work integrated together to discover cost and value added opportunities in every the processes of supply chain value change from raw material acquisition from suppliers,intermediate products till finished products are delivered to customers site,

·Performance management
-Target setting&alignment thru all site supply chain-low cost to serve and best supply chain operation efficiency effectiveness.
-Benchmark best in class supply chain practices and develop measures to rate internal practices against those benchmarks.

·Site supply chain team development
-Work closely with plant leader,setting up site supply chain results expectations to site supply chain folks;
-Fill up functional skillet gap of site supply chain folks by organizing functional training and meetings;


-Regionally oversea and functionally chairing site supply chain talent pipeline development,propose job rotation opportunities.
-Key functional imputer for site supply chain talent HR decisions.
-Sponsor Kaizen events between HoCo and site supply chain.

·Qualification Requirement
·5+years experience in site supply chain manager roles,Fortune 500 companies plant supply chain manager experience preferred
·Solid experience in plant/DC supply chain operation knowledge(site scheduling,site procurement,site logistics)and leadership skills
·Proven record of growth,talent management,relationships building
·Being positive,hold strong Can-Do attitude and able to handle conflict
·Fluent in Mandarin,English
·Strong communications and influencing skills/negotiation skills
·Has an ability to understand the business and be always ready to make a difference.
·As a matrix functional leader,being able to build and share objective,drive change,and coach people to achieve very high standards.
·As a team player:recognizes that my job in not done until our job is done.
·A very well organized self-starter-able to assign his own priorities and operate independently.
