Job Title: CQE ManagerReports To:Senior QRA Department managerJob PurposeHandle customer claim and visit & audit, track customer quality issue and complain, coordinate PQA/FA to submit 8D to customer; Visit customer to support application business.Duties and Responsibilities Perform customer satisfaction survey (External/internal), investigate the root cause if the objectives are not achieved and find method to overcome the problem. PQA champion to carry out 8D investigation method thoroughly. Simulation must be done to verify the theory of the root cause from IPQC engineer and Engineering/Manufacturing member’s support, so that to ensure action item to be carried out are effective to ensure no PQA re-occurrence. Good control for PQA’s cycle time (less than 15 days) and good 8D hit rate management. Tactually manipulate miscellaneous PQA with maximizing organic support from IPQC engineer and Engineering/Manufacturing member. To perform customer communication / on-site visit and responsible for customer quality claim and requirement, coordinate to dispose PQA and tracking customer feedback. Visitor/auditor’s hosting with good planning and complete arrangement implementation. Follow up corporate’s rule to manage RMA well without violation. Fully participate whole 8D’s progress organically to ensure high quality 8D being delivered without negative impact for 8D’s C/T control. Risk taken with good ownership to proceed comprehensive communication/coordination with cross-site person for new introduced project/product’s quality concern with IPQC engr’s support. To be capable to review/discuss quality operation system’s chronic disease and fresh problem during developing area, so that to coordinate/follow up problem solving patiently with quality manager’s support. To be familiar with industrial standard to mediate customer’s claim tactfully to minimize negative impact on site factory. Coordinate and supervise site CQE daily jobQualifications Degree holder on Science or Engineering. Diploma holder with a few years of related experience can be considered. Strong communication skill and flexible manipulate skill to handle intractable issue. Good in written and spoken English language. Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing and be familiar with TS16949/ISO9001/QS9000 is preferable. Experience of Customer service is essential.
