-To collaborate with Corporate Purchasing/Supply Chain organization and define Sourcing commodity strategies and implement with measurable targets to drive domestic sourcing initiatives
-To lead sourcing initiatives with pre-defined plan/New Product Introduction/per assignments,act as the primary point of contact
-To collaborate with internal customers for sourcing initiatives to ensure supply,mitigate risk and manage total cost
-To do leverage procurement for better commodity management by defining clear roles and responsibilities
-To drive supplier development through quality system
-To handle customer compliances with systematic approaches
-To promote and support skill development programs to increase the aptitude level of the organization
-To continual drive for improvement through execution of Lean&Six Sigma initiatives
-To do budget and HC planning

-Bachelor degree or above,technical/engineering is preferred
-Minimum 8 years combination experience of sourcing/purchasing and other related functions
-Proficient understanding of sourcing processes and metrics
-Can-do attitude
-Fluent in both English and Chinese
