负责签订采购合同；Responsible for making purchase contract
向国内外供应商下采购订单;place Purchase order to internal and overseas suppliers.
追踵供应商的交货期，保障按期交货;Tracking supplier delivery time and ensure the goods arrived on time.
随时和生产部门保持联系，了解采购需求，传递供应商交货情况;Contacting production Dep. at any time in order to know requirement of purchase and notice delivery information.
在ERP系统中输入输入采购订单、入库单;Making purchase order and make receive list records into ERP.
跟踵协调进口货物通关情况、货物商检情况；Tracking import customs clearance and inspection of goods.--申请采购付款；Appling for purchase payment.

2. 任职资格Basic requirement:
本科学历，机械类相关专业；University graduation with related mechanical major.
2年以上制造业采购工作经验Above 2 years purchasing experience in a international manufacture company.
英语听、说、读、写、译流利Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating.
熟悉ERP系统，熟悉报关流程则佳Perfect to be familiar with ERP system and Declaration process.--抗压力能力强、执行力强；具有良好的团队合作精神。Anti-strong pressure, Strong implement and good team worker.
该岗位工作地点在张家港。
