Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the design and production process from styling confirmation,initial fitting session and follow through in subsequent fitting sessions until pre-production sample stage
2.Responsible for the merchandising mix and upkeep of a consistent brand image and positioning
3.Sensitive to fashion marketing trend
Requirements:
1.over 3 years design experience with global,high end children fashion design brand
2.BA or above in Fashion Design,Master degree is preferred
3.In-depth knowledge of design techniques including fabrication,silhouettes,color ways,construction and finishing techniques.
4.Experience in Photoshop,Illustrator&CorelDraw
5.Able to develop marketable collections to suit customers’needs
6.Brand development experience is an advantage
