Responsibilities & Tasks
- Act as the representative of procurement department for a specific project
Analyze project scope of supply and customer contract requirements to ensure adequate risk analysis and risk transfer to supplier contracts (back to back where applicable)
- Establish project procurement concept, coordinate the procurement resources and optimize impact on cost-cutting potentials and meet project deadline and quality
- Drive the issuance of purchase orders in time
- Head contractual and price negotiation supported by responsible buyers
- Control purchasing price within budget and release purchase orders for approval
- Monitor the delivery status of material and instruct expeditors to take actions
- Claim non conformance costs to suppliers
- Report project procurement status ans progress in terms of cost and on time delivery

Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience either in procurement or in project management
- Familiar with SAP system , mechanic procurement experience,paper industry is preferred
- Team work spirit ,positive,initiative
