职位描述:
Job scopes:
1) Work with sourcing managers to develop and implement sourcing plans/projects for assigned commodities to achieve annual plans for cost reductions, payment term and inventory turnover improvements. Track and report progress through project tracking database and other reporting tools.
2) Research, Develop new suppliers for, various components, services, repairs and alternative solutions. Close coordination with service groups to secure all contract and appropriate agreements are secured.
3) Work with sourcing managers to support transfer projects to ensure achievement of materials target cost, project timeline and quality of the chosen supply chain.
4) Apply the sourcing systems and tools to achieve best efficiency and effectiveness.
5) Must have full capability of Project Management Skills- that included full accountability, effective escalation skills, and no barriers working within ALL relative departments.
6) Assist buyer to achieve target on PPV, OTD and PPM by effective supplier management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering. - Design experience is preferred.
- Minimum of three years sourcing experience;
- Good awareness of quality is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Highest standards for performance and ethics.
- Self starter that requires minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of quality and its fundamental business applications.
- Good command of basic MS software programs. A good skill on ERP is preferred.
- Good command of both oral and written English.
