Summary of Responsibility
Responsible for coordinating the order fulfillment process for all sales orders supplied from the Suzhou plant to local（China）and export（China export，ASPAC）customers.This includes optimizing supply chain processes to improve customer satisfaction and logistics costs.This position will need to interface with manufacturing，scheduling，customer service，quality，and external logistics suppliers to resolve delivery issues and champion in improvement projects.In addition，he/she will learn and provide support for scheduling of the new production line during startup.
Key Accountabilities
1.Fulfill Customer Order.This includes but not limited to the followings：
A.To achieve best in class logistics service to meet Customer Requested Date（CRD）or First Promise Date（FPD）
B.Prepare shipping documents and coordinate for delivery arrangement
C.Optimize container utilization rate to reduce distribution unit cost.
D.Ensure that special quality or shipping instructions are observed
E.Perform the delivery transaction in SAP to ensure inventory information is accurate.
F.Resourceful in providing solution for delivery issues
2.Maintain a systematic records and documentation of necessary shipping/transportation related documents（import，local and export）
3.Responsible to maintain and report key logistics KPI for On Time delivery（OTD）and containerization rate
4.Responsible to perform root cause investigations on OTD misses，and drive for corrective actions with responsible personnel
5.Support sales of miscellaneous items，and invoicing of such sales.
6.Back up for Import＆Export Specialist when required.
7.Handle projects for cost improvement and process optimization，eg VMI，milk run，etc.
8.Learn and pick up scheduling process for the startup of new production line.
9.Optimize production schedules based on customer demand vs capacity，and coordinate with manufacturing to ensure efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements
At least a Master degree holder or equivalent in Industrial Engineering（Logistics Engineering/Logistics Management/Operation Management/Systems Engineering/Supply Chain Management/Management Science）
Candidate must have strong understanding of process flows and be able to clearly communicate process issues and opportunities with colleagues and 3PLP.
Highly analytical and mathematical oriented and possess excellent problem solving skills using optimization methodology
Candidate should be able to multitask and demonstrate good time and priority management.
Candidate should have systems knowledge of Excel，Word，Power Point，SAP and be able to apply these to analyze and solve problems.VBA knowledge would be a plus.
Excellent in spoken＆written English and Mandarin communication skills.
