Responsibilities:
-Lead purchase team to achieve effective performance.
-Develop supplier, support to optimize supplier chain.
-Responsible for purchaing various overseas and domestic product (parts,facility,tooling etc.).
-Responsible for commercial issues with suppliers.
-Make annual purchase contract with suppliers as well as purchase forecast adjustment.
-Push cost reduction activity and control purchase management cost.
-Support Logistics and Quality to improve delivery and quality capacity. support to control inventory.
-According to supplier manual to train supplier.
-Maintain SAP.
-Other job relevant tasks.
-Develops supplier capabilities to meet company requirements.
-Establishes, nurtures, maintains, and enlarges key supplier relationships.
-Implements continuous improvement programs and negotiates long term contracts with suppliers that result in cost savings.
-Maintains knowledge of market conditions, anticipates market changes and recommends appropriate actions.
