职位描述:
Requirements: Bachelor degree5+years HR experience, 3 years in recruitmentFamiliar with recruiting channels, talents marketFamiliar with labor law, rules and regulations; Good at communicating Excellent oral and written English
Responsibilities (IDL & DL recruitment):
1. Build up talent data, screen resume and recommend to hiring departments;
2. Collect and follow up with manpower requisition of respective departments;
3. In charge of recruiting post including website, job fair, etc.
4. Interview arrangement;
5. Reference check of candidates;
6. Update recruiting system and data, provide regular reports;
7. Monitor recruiting of DL labor;
8. Exploit and maintain talent channels, keep in touch and good relations with each of them;
9. Keep up with the movement of labor policy and provide feasible proposal to the company;
10. Provide manpower plan, budget and analysis based on the co. 's strategy.
