Responsibilities：Assist　with　Key　Account＆BD　department　to　take　care　of　the　existing　business　as　window　person　during　daily　handlings，as　well　involved　R/O　request　from　overseasBe　linkage　between　internal　and　external，and　can　be　solved　problems　at　first　time　with　professional　suggestionEnsure　reporting　is　done　according　to　standard　operation　proceduresBeing　proactive　in　all　jobs　and　make　it　a　well　recognized　culture　company　wideAssist　to　created　new　SOP　if　there　is　any　new　customer　O/BFor　any　invoices　issue　related　like　C/N，D/N　and　EDI　invoices　that　CS　teams　will　be　in　charge　to　coordinated　with　internal/overseas　accordingly　till　resolved，as　well　outstanding　follow　up　and　monitor　before　due　dateProactive　communication　with　customer　to　get　them　acquainted　with　our　procedures
QualificationsAbove　3-4　years　work　experiences　in　same　industry　with　customer　service　function，the　background　for　global　forwarder　will　be　preferable. Industry　knowledge　for　handling　procedures　of　airfreight　or　seafreight，if　noted　by　both　import　and　export　which　will　be　preferable. Skillful　communication　with　internal　and　external. Good　English　in　oral，written　and　listening. Can　be　solved　problems　independently　under　pressure. Team　spirit
