Key Responsibilities:
Lead to implement whole goods strategy in region.
Conduct market research,identify new business opportunities and target OEM customers,define strategies of product&pricing in region
Responsible of regional sales,orders execution and AR clearance.
Support to build up understanding and cooperation with suppliers/partners(e.G.Sister BUs/JVs)in engineering,training,marketing,price,supply allocation and streamline ordering process.
Look after the regional Key accounts and Collect VOC,coordinate all commercial matters concerned by the OEMs(incl.Inventory,account receivable…)and customer.
在区域内执行发动机产品销售战略,并进行主机厂业务发展
进行市场调研,识别新的商业机会和目标OEM客户,确定区域产品和定价策略
负责区域销售,订单执行和应收账款清欠
支持与供应商/合作伙伴(例如:姊妹事业部,合资企业等)在工程、培训、营销、定价、分配及精简订购过程上建立理解和合作。
关照区域关键客户,收集客户意见,协调和OEM和客户有关的商贸问题(包括库存、应收账款等)
Qualification:
Education
-Bachelor degree or above
-Major in engine,automobile or construction equipment engineering
-本科及以上学历
-主修专业:发动机、汽车或工业设备工程
Working experience
-Strong sales background and good industrial knowledge for engine,construction,automotive...
-at least basically understand diesel engines,1+year hands-on experience of OEM sales or new business development
-良好的销售背景及发动机、建筑和汽车产业的相关知识
-具备发动机基本知识,1年以上发动机主机厂销售的实际经验
Cultural/Language
-Good command of English
-良好的英语能力
Other requirement
-Project management skill is preferred
-Proficient in both oral and written English
-Good presentation skill and computer skill
-Self-motivated and aggressive doer
-有项目管理技能更佳
-熟练掌握英语口语和写作技能
