职位描述:

Reporting directly to the Production Planning Manager, you will be responsible for all activities and deliverables associated with this level of position.

In this role you will;
Processing of inventory movements, inwards goods, dispatch and finished goods, return material to suppliers, disposal of reject material.
Ensure storage and issuing raw materials following FIFO procedures.
Maintain shelf life and expired material practices
Undertake the effective running of RCC's Kan Ban system
Accurate input of data into SAP system
Delivery of packages to internal staff
Delivery of finished goods from manufacturing to dispatch area
Assist in other areas of the stores team when necessary.
No production delays or line stoppages due to stores delay in issuing materials
Ensure inventory storage, stock issues, stock movements and handling complies with all ISO quality systems
Comply with all external audits
Safe handling and storage of all materials ensuring best health and safety practices.
Good inventory and housekeeping practices
Plan and coordinate the day by day work of the warehouse team to provide efficient service to all internal customers.
Comply with RCC's quality and health and safety procedures and to make suggestions and recommendations for improvement.

The right person will also have;
Staff Supervision experience
Above average computer skills-Good working knowledge of Excel
Understanding of MRP
Sound Stores, materials handling practices, e.g. FIFO and Kan Ban.
Rakon Limited, a global leader in the design and development of crystal based hi-tech frequency components to the GPS and telecommunications industries, and their Chinese joint venture partners have joined together to create Rakon Chengdu Crystal (RCC). Based in Chengdu, RCC is currently constructing a purpose built factory which will employee up to 400 staff when fully operational.
