Job description:

Execute the Global S&M Strategy within local and assigned client and sales territory to reach and exceed the set quota/targets

-Acquire new customers(Conversion selling)

-Penetration selling(selling laterally to different departments within the same firm)

-Conduct sales calls

-Develop account plans and sales call strategy

-Ensuring brand naming recognition of the ATLANTIC brand as a partner of excellence(->Super Brand)

-Product optimization and future development of new products

-Benchmarking exercises(competition overview)

-Assess and understand customer requirements of multiple decision makers

-Consultancy selling on the entire product portfolio

-Coordinate sales efforts with other branches or organizational function holders

-Identify and access opportunities to sell integrated logistic solutions

-Able to report in standardized formats

-weekly visiting schedule(target/objectives)

-visit report

-Gain/loss of business(control of customer structure)


Requirements:

-At least 3 years experiences in freight forwarding industry and 1 years experience as a sales,both seafreight and airfreight know-how,preferably in an international company.

-Have a passion for sales activities.

-Be independent and capable of problem solving

-Good command of English and Chinese.

-Good knowledge of PC software
