Requirements:
- University degree in mechanical engineering
- At least 6 years of work experience in purchase management
- At least 3 years work experience as purchasing manager in the mechanical area
- Strong background in the field of Casting and Forging
- Experience in supply market research, supplier management and cost controlling
- Experience in team leadership for new projects
- Intercultural competencies, experience in working for/with foreign companies
- Highly communicative and assertive personality
- Aptitude to cross-linked and strategic thinking
- Proficient oral & written English skills, and Chinese native
- Proficient oral and written communication skills and Strong spirit of team work

Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate, establish and develop reliable suppliers for quality, service, price and local content requirements.
2. Implementing cost reduction strategies, including global best cost sourcing initiatives.
3. Strategic supplier management to achieve our objectives for purchased materials.
4. Contract negotiations.
5. Make sure supplier performance and quality improvement.
6. Very good spirit to work with other team members. Know how to assist other team members for new projects.
7. Create suppliers evaluation system to improve suppliers quality and service.
