Key Responsibilities主要职责：
Cashier：
-Process daily payments to meet the payment schedule internally.
-Daily Bank account maintaining，including collection confirmation，payment information delivery，etc，make Accounting and Treasury are on the same page.Complete monthly reconciliation on a timely manner，and minimum the outstanding items.
-Daily petty cash and cheque maintaining，make sure it’s under control and use in safe ways.
-Assist in other issues related to Cashier，e.g.provide related documents to Auditor annually，changing authorized signatures…。
-处理日常付款，满足公司内部付款的安排。
-日常银行账户的维护，包括收款确认、付款信息传递等，确保会计组和资金组在相同的信息平面上。每月及时完成余额调节表，并尽可能减少未达账项。
-日常现金和支票的维护，确保其使用安全和得到合理的控制。
-协助其他与出纳有关的事项，例如每年提供审计需要出纳方面的材料、变更预留印鉴等
Order Managerment：
-Follow up supplier and entity to ensure timely delivery of products；
-Coordinate with suppliers，entity and customer to solve any issues in delivery
-Tracking open order status
-Monitor customers AR status
-跟进供应商和部门，以保证产品的及时交付
-与供应商、企业及客户进行协调，解决交付过程中的任何问题
-跟踪开放订单状态
-监控客户应收帐状态
Qualification：
Education
-Bachelor or above
-正规大学本科以上学历
-Major in Finance or Logistics
-财务或物流专业
Working experience
-At least 2 years experience in a finance or order management function
-Multinational and JV experience is a plus
-至少两年的财务或订单管理工作经验
-跨国公司或合资企业工作经验者优先
Cultural/Language
-Good command of English
-英语流利

-Computer literacy（including excel，words，powerpoint）
