职位描述:

Responsibilities:
-Achieve annual sales,gross margin and money collection budget for the office.
完成年度销售指标,毛利润和货款回收指标
-Consider current sales channels and look for other sales channels,search for new possibilities and prospects for increasing sales
拓展销售渠道,提高销售量
-Take necessary actions to strengthen existing markets and identifies new market opportunities
采取相关措施巩固现有市场并开拓新市场
-Have a clear picture of the related market,responsible for the information collection,analysis and feed-back to General Manager and cooperate General Manager to consider actions that might be taken.
收集并分析市场相关信息,并及时反馈给上级领导
-Keep good relationship to customers,meet and communicate with customers proposed by his subordinates upon necessity.
与客户保持良好关系,并和客户及时沟通
-Administrate his team to work in the framework of the strategies and policies of the company
带领销售团队贯彻完成公司的决策与政策
-Organize his team to discuss for tenders,potential projects,etc.If necessary
组织团队发现并跟进潜在项目
-Involve in dealing with customer complaints of products
处理客户对产品的投诉
-Collect and analyze the status of competitors and provide related action suggestions to company.
分析竞争对手的情况并提供给客户相应的行动建议
-Keep good co-operation with all other departments
与其他部门保持良好的关系

Requirement要求:
-Good communication and marketing ability,familiar with the sales network in the area
良好的沟通能力,熟悉销售网络
-Good management,presentation,negotiation skills
良好的管理、表达、谈判能力
-Good team spirit.
良好的团队意识有中南美非洲销售经验者优先
