职位描述:
*具有大学本科学历，英语或者英语教育等相关专业；具有教师资格证者优先；
*英文专业八级，发音标准、地道；雅思6.5以上，有国外留学或生活经历者优先；
*具有至少一年以上教育教学经验；
*深刻理解西方教育体系和教学方法；能够结合中西方的优势，相互融合；
*充分了解英语学习者的需求；能够为学员提供专业的学习指导意见。
*熟练操作Office等办公软件；
*形象气质佳，亲和力强，很强的沟通能力；
*较强团队合作能力，能够与团队良好的沟通，分享，交流。
Knowledge and Skills：
1.A University degree（not include self-taught degree）majoring in English and/or English Education；
2.High level of English language proficiency，band 8 achievement level；
3.More than 1-2 years English teaching experience；
4.Knowledge of the western education system and/or teaching methodology would be an asset；
5.Have a good understanding of the needs of the young learners，particularly young ESL learners；
6.Good computer skills e.g.：MSWord，（Power Point an asset）；
7.Should look professional and friendly，neat and clean.
