职位描述:
Job Description:
1.Provide adequate supervision to associates, drive team members to meet targets.
2.Assist managers to maintain smooth operation of the department.
3.Motivate, coach and develop associates, prepare associates for future challenges and further growth.
4.Conduct effective communication between employees and management team to foster improvement.
5.Coordinate team members to make sure of providing material on schedule
6.Control and optimize the inventory, and push for VMI/ JIT/ Call off
7.Review periodically the material parameters in systems, exchange the requirement information and providing status with suppliers regularly
Special requirements:
1.Minimum 3 years work experience in Logistic & Purchasing .
2. At least 2 years experience in supervisor position.
3. Strong Negotiation skill
4. Multinational company working experience
5.Good command of written and oral English

1.3年以上物流或采购工作经验
2.至少两年以上管理职位的工作经验
3.优秀的谈判沟通技巧
4.跨国公司工作经验优先
5.英文读写能力强
