Responsibilities:
-Responsible to fulfill specific customers assigned requirements from the pre-launch of the products till the normal manufacturing stage and End of Life of the products at our HDD manufacturing plant. These include the initial customer sample during pre-sales stage, customer new product qualification, regular customer reporting requirements, customer complaint handling, customer line/field performance reporting and review and other specific customers’ requirements.
-Responsible to work and coordinate with both HGSP internal department as well as design center team (Fujisawa) and WW account team to coordinate on issues identified during the customer visit and audit, customer regular feedback on internal reporting as well as customer line/field issues till closure to show our product quality improvements.
-Conduct periodic audits on company wide system and process to make sure company operation is meeting all customer requirements with CLCA implementation.
-Facilitate and chair periodic quality improvement meetings with related departments on specific customer requirements.
-Work closely among inter-sections and inter-department to ensure committed schedules on customer issue handling are met in a timely and effectively manner.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical or Mechanics Engineering or related field.
-Preferably with at least 5 years working experience in Quality Assurance and at least 3 years in a HDD manufacturing environment.
-In depth knowledge of customer handling (Customer complaint and customer interface)
-Familiar with Quality management System among the industry and auditing skills
-Familiar with also ISO 14000/18000 and CSR/SER/EICC requirements.
-Familiar with product safety requirements of HDD and other WW certification.
-Familiar with HSA and HDD manufacturing processes.
