Responsibilities:

-Deal with daily E-mail between US headquarters and Vendors for shipment schedule and capacity issues;
-Understand company's supply chain system,and get updated forecast and purchasing order situation from system,to monitor vendor's production schedule arranged according to Company demand;
-Work closely with US counterparts to understand each product sales and forecasting changes,to communicate with them correctly about vendor and production situation;
-Work with colleagues(Supplier Production Planner-Replenishment Planner)and vendors to ensure factories are producing right products with our demand timing and quantity;
-Be responsible for Ashleysupplier.com accuracy and Customer Order Covered%;
-Prepare reports for meetings and conference call;
-Monitor and advise vendor capacity situation;
-Other necessary documentation and reports.

Requirements:

-College degree with 1+years experience in manufacturing company;
-Good communication skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English;
-Excellent teamwork spirit,independent;Open-minded,good in execution;work fast;
-Proficient in Word,Excel,Outlook,etc.
