职位描述:
Job Description:
1.Understand all assigned product specifications,component commodity requirements,and the manufacturing supply chain from source market to sales market.
2.Partner with Product Development and Engineering teams to identify and qualify sources of supply for new products and product changes.
3.Partner with Customer Order Management teams to ensure that suppliers have reliable visibility to demand
4.Support cost estimation for RFP responses,as required and facilitate standard cost setting processes
5.Proactively manage spend with assigned suppliers to ensure that price remains competitive and quality levels are maintained.
6.Collaborate with Business Unit Managers,Factory Managers,and customers to develop cost savings strategies for covered products and commodities
7.Manage sourcing project work plans,stakeholder/supplier,communications,savings reports,and all other deliverables.
8.Follow and improve corporate standard methodologies for strategic sourcing and supplier value management.
9.Publish and maintain an approved supplier list for assigned commodities and track utilization compliance
10.Manage and actively negotiate all necessary commercial issues in relation to demanded commodities and components.
11.Develop a library of market intelligence resources for assigned commodities,products,suppliers,and marketplaces.
12.Assist in the coordination with factories on social compliance audits and facilitate corrective action plan management.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering,Business,or related field
2.Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
3.Proven track record of successful sourcing efforts,manufacturing and project management
4.Results driven and self motivated
5.Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6.Knowledge of the US markets
7.Sound knowledge of purchasing,inventory management,product costing and product development
8.Self-motivated and meet expectations and can withstand high pressure
9.Good communication skills in English,Cantonese and Mandarin10.Willing to travel in China,Southeast Asia,and globally
