3.Mechanical　technical　background.机械技术背景。
4.Proficiency　in　English.英语流利。
5.Open　minded，esp.when　facing　problems　of　intercultural　work　and　matrix　structure　multiple　interests.开明通达，善于在跨文化背景及矩阵型组织结构中的平行沟通和垂直整合。
6.Good　team　player　and　networker.良好的团队协作。
7.Ability　to　work　under　pressure.有能力承受工作压力。

Job　Responsibilities：

1.BR　purchasing　scout　in　the　Chinese　market.中国地区采购市场开发拓展
2.Identify　material/parts/techniques　with　localization　possibility.鉴别原材料，零件，组装件国产化可行性
3.Identify　new　suppliers　and　first“screening”寻找鉴别新供应商
4.Handle　purchasing　projects　with　existing　suppliers.现有供应商采购项目跟踪管理
5.Develop　and　support　key　suppliers.关键供应商发展支持。
6.Secure　communication　flow　between　supplier　and　BR.确保供应商与BR采购部门沟通顺畅。
7.Organize　supplier　visits.组织供应商拜访。
8.Ensure　quality　measures，testing　and　audits.保证质量测评及审核顺利进行。
9.Organize　sample　delivery　and　first　series.组织样品递交及首批产品。
10.Be　first　point　of　contact　for　any　problem　with　supplier.供应商沟通第一联系人。
11.Work　together　with　RB＆BR　purchase　sourcing　team.与博世及力士乐项目采购部门协同工作。
