职位描述:
Job Duties:
-Coordinate with key accounts and colleagues (act as a focal point or a bridge);
-Visit clients and major vendors;
-Write reports in a regular basis for analysis;
-Update clients' agreement/ specification;
-Handle complaints;
-Answer non-technical enquires;
-Collect client's information;
-Check client's credit and background information;
-Help control bad debt;
-Update clients database from sales affiliates, local Sales and his/her own visits;
-Work together with FINDIV, Operations and Sales team for better services.
Job Requirements:
-5+ years relevant experience in customer service;
-Familiar and sensitive with international market trends;
-Excellent leadership and management skill, sense of responsibility, self motivated and able to work under pressure;
-Excellent inter-personal communication, analysis and organization skill;
-Good team work-spirit, and positive working
Attitude;
-Good spoken and written English with a level 6 English skills.
