职位描述:

Main tasks:
-Responsible for overseeing activities related to the procurement of materials,parts,components and equipment
-Develops new materials and accessories,especially for luggage and textile apparel
-Makes cost down plan,monitors the cost,schedule and performance aspects of major subcontracts
-Coordinates purchasing activities with engineering and manufacturing departments to maintain inventories at planned levels
-Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees,assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals
-A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the unit or sub-unit

Qualification:
-Minimum of 5 years of commercial sourcing/purchasing luggage material experience
-Excellent negotiations skills and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships
-Ability to energize,develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
-The feeling for accuracy and quality is a must
-To have good understanding on law,rule and regulation in the respect of Import and Export affairs
-Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
-Strong command of written&oral English

Preferred:
-Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
-Experience implementing a compliant supply chain and luggage industries
-Above 3 years of experience in fabric factories is preferred
-Willing to travel domestically
