Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
Run the NA/Global process of supplier operations optimization into APA
Be trained by NA global expertise
Execute regional plan(including global requirements)for supplier lean/value stream supplier meetings,site visits and action implementation follow up
Facilitate the sharing of APA plans/data globally by commodity to support CBPs.
Maintain alignment of APA process with global process as it matures and priorities evolve.
Execute the plan,implementation of corrective actions and achievement of the budget and cost reduction targets(to be negotiated by Purchasing)
Preferred previous experiences/competencies to prepare for the position
Leadership

Cross functional business acumen and familiarity with supplier and regional processes
Practical and results focused
Strong process discipline
Functional/Technical
Communication,planning and organizational skills
Strong operational manufacturing,facilities experience and lean expertise required.
Understanding of business drivers of both Suppliers and Ford
Cost estimating and benchmarking methodologies
Qualification
Bachelor degree or above
Good command of English
