KEY　RESPONSIBILITIESl　Provide　the　overall　strategic　direction　and　leadership　for　E＆E　Sourcing　in　China.l　Lead　and　manage　all　negotiations　and　relationships　with　China　E＆E　supply　basel　Develop　and　execute　E＆E　sourcing　plans　that　are　focused　on　technology　leadership，quality，productivity　and　total　delivered　value　l　Support　strategic　business　decisions　by　proactively　developing　and　maintaining　a　working　knowledge　of　the　global　supplier　base，by　monitoring　and　understanding　China　and　global　segment　trends　including　price，the　cost　of　raw　materials，currency　exchange　rates，logistics，strategic　considerations，international　trade　issues　and　restrictions　l　Lead　and　develop　Cost　Productivity　and　Lean　projects　in　the　spirit　of　continuous　improvement　and　product　innovation.l　Develop　and　maintain　personal　strategic　relationships　with　key　supplier　management　executives.l　Provide　strategic　communication　link　between　suppliers　and　RBC　China　operation　teams
QUALIFICATIONS
l　BS　degree　in　Business，Engineering/Technology　or　equivalent　industry　experience　l　Previous　experience　sourcing　a　varied　range　of　E＆E　productsl　Excellent　qualitative　and　quantitative　problem　solving　skills　l　Strong　oral　and　written　communication　skills　l　Excellent　interpersonal，presentation　and　computer　skills　l　High　level　of　personal　initiative，energy　and　ownership　for　business　success　l　LSS　Green　Belt　Trained/Certificated
In　addition：
l　6　years　of　progressive　career　in　E＆E　commodity　sourcing.l　Working　experience　dealing　with　electric　motors　or　engineering　material　products　is　strong　plus.l　Candidate　has　operated　in　a　matrix　organization　is　preferred.l　Knowledge　of　Six　Sigma　techniques　and　tools　are　preferred.l　Willing　to　travel　frequency.
