Overall Job Nature：
Accountable for F＆A service operations delivered from Delivery Centre to Client
Establishes and sustains key internal/external Client and industry/business community relationships，and may identify/progress key business development opportunities as appropriate.
Be Involved in decisions have a major impact on key results，contributing significantly to the advancement of Client‘s business.
Interprets strategic direction and vision，and sets goals across area of responsibility，requiring significant long-term business planning and forecasting.Communicate business vision and goals to the service operations unit.
Provides solutions for the most complex/significant business or specialist issues/problems，where no precedent may exist，and ensures implementation where appropriate.
Operates with significant autonomy and latitude in meeting objectives and enacting change.
Guide and lead the service operations unit staff，and support delivery team for quality and timely service.
Oversee the service performance defined in formal service agreements.
Prepare and distribute reports on the service operations unit.
Manage and prepare quality reviews.
Own the responsibility for the fiscal budget，margins，and profits for the service operations unit.
Plan and execute communication events including the regular governance forum agreed with client and processes.
Continually align key messages with the changing business context.
Oversee ongoing activities and events.
Support continuous improvement and the implementation of changes.
Drive ongoing client communications and act as the main point of contact of client’s executives including country and region Finance Director
Facilitate group meetings and events.
Requirements：
-Management experience of greater than 10yrs in Finance and Accounting fields.
-Excellent spoken，reading and writing of Japanese language skills；
-Excellent spoken，reading and writing of English language skills；
-Professional Accountancy qualification，MBA，or Equivalent
-Auto or dealership experiences is a plus.
