职位描述:
1、国际贸易,国际商务,商务英语类相关专业，大专及以上学历
Related major of international trade, international business and business English, college degree or above
2、两年以上外贸业务和采购相关工作经验
2 years related working experience in foreign trade business and procurement or above,
3、有阿里巴巴平台操作经验
Having Alibaba platform operating experience
4、熟悉进出口操作流程，有跟进新产品开发的经验，了解采购的流程
Familiar with the operational procedures of imports and exports, with experience of following new product development
5、公共英语六级或专业英语四级以上，具备良好的英语听说读写能力
CET 6 or TEM 4 or above, good listening, speaking and writing ability in English.
6、具备较好的沟通、协调及执行能力，工作踏实认真、应对快捷敏锐，责任心强
Good communication, coordination and execution ability, work prudence seriously, quick response to the sharp, strong sense of responsibility
7、熟练使用各种办公软件，WORD，EXCEL，PPT等
Skillfully using all kinds of office software, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc .
8、有玩具行业、模具行业，电子行业等相关工作经验者优先录用
Having the toy industry, mould industry, electronic industry and other related work experience is preferred
工作内容：
Job Description:
1、参加国内外玩具行业展会，开发新客户，拓展公司业务
Attending toy fair at home and abroad, developing new customers and business
2、同国外客户沟通订单情况，按客人要求报价单，签订外销合同。寻找生产工厂，跟进大货的生产进度和品质，下达采购单，出货前安排QA进行验货。
Communicating with foreign customers about orders, offering quotation according to the requirements of the customers and signing foreign trade contract. Looking for factory, following up the schedule and quality of goods, issuing a purchase order and arranging QA for inspection before shipment
3、协调财务和船务之间的工作，安排货物顺利装柜出货，负责工厂货款的对账
Coordinating the work among financial and shipping, arranging to load the goods and shipping and checking for the payment of the factory
4、参观工厂，妥善安排客人行程住宿等
Accompanying guests in visiting the factory and accommodating the guests.
