Accountabilies：
Initiate or participate the setting up of company sourcing strategy，policy and procedure；
Build a strong team to develop and implement a Service and Cost competitive Sourcing with best Quality delivered to Customer；
Collaborate cross functional team efforts to secure Guli Revenue and COS output；
Intelligently Manage＆Balance Customer Service Levels Vs.Costs；
Partnerships with our Customers and Key Suppliers to assure long-term Mutual success.
Requirements：
1.8 Years plus working experience in Sourcing or Supply Management；
2.Bachelor Degree；
3.Strong leadership and communication skill
4.Fluent English
5.Familiar with ERP
