POSITION SUMMARIES
This incumbent shall play a role as the technical expert for DUCS and Application Engineer (Short fiber reinforced thermoplastics, LFTP & BMC), for which the following skills are required in general
Technical Expert for DUCS Product Line & in their Customers' Process
Effective Communicator (Customer à Sales à Operations, Knowledge Bridge)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable for Fitness For Use (FFU) process
– Critical To Use (CTU) requirements of the Customer
– Definition of Product Specs and Characteristics to meet Customer's CTU
– Definition of Process Variables that affect Product Specs-Characteristics
– Internal Control Plans to deliver Consistent Quality
Productivity improvement at Customer
– Cost Modeling
– "Value Selling"
– Incremental product development (Product modification) to meet customer's needs
Leader of Local Product Team (LPT)
– Drives productivity and product consistency
Resolves product performance issues at Customer
Responsible for developing new applications for both new and existing OCV products in new and/or existing markets, converting competitive material (Steel, Wood, Aluminum, concrete) applications to composites.
Trough "Application Engineering" activities, execute the strategy developed by Marketing from a technical standpoint and ensure that optimum value of the composite solution is extracted for OCV and for our direct customers through application engineering
To realize what mentioned above, create actual network (partnership) with universities, consultants, etc. As support to proliferate the use of OC products into composite solutions according to its necessity
ESSENTIAL POSITION QUALIFICATION
Education Bachelor degree on related major
