Direct Source PPG is seeking to hire a highly qualified Sourcing Supervisor. The Sourcing Supervisor will report directly to the American General Manger located in Ningbo. Key responsibilities include: Experienced in determining actual factory costs for the following areas: - material costs for brass, zinc and plastics- productivity rates- labor costs- overhead costs- manufacturing processes such as stamping, die casting, injection molding and machining Expert in negotiating lowest price possible. Achieve year-over-year cost of goods reduction while maintaining product quality. Lead the execution of the company's China sourcing strategyRequired Skills and Education: BA or BS degree from reputable university, major in mechanical engineering preferredStrong written and oral communication skills in English and ChineseHighly organized with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksThe Sourcing Supervisor will receive a salary in the range of 6, 000-8, 000 RMB per month, depending on experience.
