Accountabilities
To report to the customer service supervisor of OLCL
To coordinate with other team members to provide best customer service to our customers in all respects，which include，but not limit to，regular contact with customers，complete booking process as well as documentation service and system input
To ensure zero defect of our documentation/data quality to our customers
Requirements
University degree or above，preferably in logistics/transportation fields
CET-4，good command of both oral and written English
Good knowledge in Microsoft applications
Good inter-personal skills and team-work spirit
