职位描述:
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for overall Supplier Quality Management for the parts assigned including supplier qualification, component evaluation, supplier process qualification and supplier process audit and continuous supplier and part quality improvements to meet specific quality Key Process Indicators(KPI)and business targets.
-Establish a monitoring system for supplier process/SPC/OQA/Cleanliness/RoHS and etc with high degree of HDD component process knowledge to achieve accurate defects analysis and suppliers'process improvement.
-Responsible to identify HDD component defects(Form/Fit/Function)related to HDD defects'causes, provide countermeasure and recommend plus coordinate Root Cause; Close Loop Corrective Action(CLCA)with both factory's Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing and-HDD Component Suppliers to resolve process and technical issues.
-To continual improving supplier component quality by periodically reviewing and implementing of Supplier Component Quality Management Plan, Supplier Process Audit, and parts Incoming Quality Performance(DPPM)Review in accordance to the technical specification, process requirements, and good manufacturing/engineering practices. Conduct periodic process/quality audits on supplier component's processes for process verification and CLCA implementation.
-Facilitate and chair periodic quality improvement meetings with suppliers and related departments. -Responsible to keep SQE operation within company ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and also continuous improvements.
-Work closely among inter-sections and inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical or Mechanics Engineering or related field.
-Preferably with at least 5 years working experience in Quality Assurance and at least 3 years in a HDD manufacturing environment.
-In depth knowledge of Mechanical and Mechanical Assembly manufacturing proc
