职位描述:
Job responsibility：
1. With full responsibility on responsible suppliers，quality，service，cost. 。。；
2. Generate cost reductions for mechanical parts；
3. Identify，evaluate and qualify suppliers of mechanical parts and materials with SQE and technical person；
4. Identify，evaluate and qualify mechanical parts with technical engineers；
5. Obtains quotes，samples with speifications for approval；
6. Organizes，analyzes quotations，specifications review.
Requirements：
1. Mechanical engineering or equivalent educational background；
2. Good understanding of mechanical production processes
3. More than 1 year experiences in purchase of mechanical parts
4. Good communication/negotiation skills
5. Good team work spirits
6. Fluent both in written and spoken English；
7. Basic commercial/financial knowledge.
