Undergraduate degree in any Engineering or Science disciplines;
College Diploma in Engineering with more than 3 years work experience may qualify.
More than 5 years experience in a mid- to large-sized electronics manufacturing environment;
Direct hands-on quality control and engineering experience;
Leadership and supervision skills are preferred.
Certified physical Six-Sigma BB and independently complete the BB project is preferred
Knowledge of quality standards which pertain to the electronics industry, such as ANSI, MIL standards and specifications;
Extensive knowledge of ESD;
Excellent knowledge and application of statistical process control techniques;
Strong practical knowledge of problem solving, quality data collection, database development and reporting methods.
Demonstrated Leadership capabilities and good supervisory skills.
Bi-lingual in Chinese and English with good written communication Skills;
Excellent communication skill, interface with employees and customers at all levels.
Experienced user of MS Office;
Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
Experience in Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.
Familiar with PCBA or power supply, strong knowledge on electric/electronic circuit, product process, testing and control board and 6 Sigma.
