DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLiaise among merchandisers，Head office and factories to solve technical issuesOn-line production checkingWork with suppliers to ensure all materials can meet testing requirementsMaterial sourcing and developmentCompany Normative follow-upClear to Wear＆Safe to Wear involvementSearch of suitable factories for the brand
POSITION/PERSON SPECIFICATIONS6 years or above solid experiences in shoes production and development（fashion woman，man，kids etc.）Familiar with factory operation and managementGood technical knowledge of shoes construction and process（fashion woman，man kids etc.）Good organization and communication skills and sense of responsibilitiesKnowledge of testing laboratory systemProficient in written and spoken EnglishOffice and professional computer skills
