职位描述:

Position Summary:Lead the our plant warehousing,shipping,custom declaration and material flow function to support South Chain supply chain initiatives and business goal.Manage and develop logistics staffs.Overall budgetary control of logistics department.
Key Responsibilities:Drive business results by improving material flow,accuracy of inventory data and operational efficiency with the overall goal to maximize the warehouse utilization and ensure sufficient ram material supply to meet our plant production requirement.Formulate policies on and set operating procedures for inventory,warehouse and logistics management Lead the company warehouse/shipping team managing its numerous warehouses and stores locationsBe accountable for follow through the import,export and custom procedures that complying with company and government regulation requirement.Be accountable to supervise and manage local delivery team to deploy daily operation to meet the business requirement.Play a lead role to update the management team for the potential impact of changing import/export/custom requirement.Set up the operational and inventory goals and establish KPIs that meet the management requirement and align to the business objectives.Play a key role in the support and launch of the company‘s ERP system that related to logistics function.Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure responsive services Supervise the implementation and maintenance of all safety,health and environmental procedures in accordance with plant and company policies and guidelinesImplement Lean-Sigma methodologies and principles to manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in quality,costs and overall efficiencyCooperate with QA department to implement and maintain the quality/ISO9000 system.Maintains an effective organization trough the selection,development and motivation of all personnelDevelop management talents necessary to achieve short and long range objectives by effective direction,coaching and training according to an overall manpower planningEnsure compliance with plant employee relationships policies and guidelinesRecommend corrective actions for all CCR/NMR cases and ensure the corrective action could implemented effectivelyPrepare and controls departmental budget;Ensure all employees participate company-organized training on ISO9001,FSC and EHS,and follow related procedures&WI.
Qualification/Competency Requirement:Qualification:University degree;8 years experience in supply chain management in multinational manufacturing company,At least 5 years experience in management level;Excellent English skills,both written and spoken.Competency:Knowledge of import and export documents and customs clearance formalities;Good computer skills and experience using ERP and MRP systems is a plus;Demonstrate leadership behaviors supporting company’s values;Strong interpersonal&Communication skills;Set stretch goals,self-motivated,and measure right thing to ensure success and meet objectives;Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams&effectively lead to significant results;Customer focused,quick response and creative solutions.
