This　position　is　being　created　to　support　our　logistics　operation　in　south　of　China.这个职位是为了支持公司在华南地区产品销售提供物流配送运输服务
This　person　will　focus　primarily　on
1）Responsible　for　coordinate　and　supervise　during　load-unload　material（soybean，soybean　oil，palm　oil）at　Port　and　the　third　warehouse；our　product　meal，soybean　oil　and　palm　oil　etc　for　wagons；and　other　cargos.
2）Charging　to　deal　import　material　discharge，transfer　and　production　delivery　related　procedure.
3）Improving　logistical　efficiency　in　the　whole　process.
4）Establish　the　evaluation　of　new　solution　with　the　growth　of　supply　chain.
首要工作核心：
1）负责公司生产原料（大豆、大豆原油、棕榈油等）在港口的接卸及进出外仓的安排及协调；负责公司豆粕、豆油、棕榈油等产品厂内及外库日常发运的安排、协调及安全管理；
2）负责办理进口生产原料卸货，转运及产品发运的相关手续；
3）提高区域物流效率；
4）对供应链发展的新方案评估

This　person　will　be　responsible　for　个人职责
Base　on　FIO　delivery　demand，arrange　enough　and　applicable　oil　truck　to　accomplish　distribution　task.根据FIO配送需求，调用足量及适装的油罐车完成配送任务。
Cooperate　with　MCS　to　discharge　import　soybean，improve　discharge　rate　and　reduce　shrinkage.协同MCS工厂完成进口大豆的顺利卸船，及提高卸船效率，减少卸船损耗。
Assisting　the　transportation　supervisor　to　coordinate　the　logistics　planning　based　on　the　material　supply　and　production　load　out.根据原料供应和产品的出库情况，协助运输主管协调完成物流计划。
Coordinating　delivery　with　production　and　commercial　与生产和商务协调发货事宜。
Arrange　and　coordinate　refinery　accomplish　vegoil　transfer　and　delivery　work，supervise　third　party　measure　and　inspection，charge　port，external　warehouse　etc　procedure　work.安排、协调精练厂完成油脂从罐区到外库的转运及发货，监督第三方的检测计量工作及办理码头、外库等相关操作手续。
Assisting　department　to　account　charge　in　port，transportation，store，measure　etc.协助部门完成港口费用，运输费用，仓储费用，计量费用等统计、报表及结算工作。
Working　closely　with　our　plants　and　with　our　forwarding　team　to　ensure　that　get　the　information　of　logistics　in　time　and　correctly，control　the　delivery　not　deflecting　the　confirmed　rules与工厂和内勤团队保持紧密合作，确保获得及时、准确的信息，确保发货不违反规定
Truck＆ex-warehouse　leasing　and　managing，communicate　with　our　suppliers　about　relevant　affair　in　daily　job.运输车辆和外库的租用与管理工作，日常工作中与供应商沟通相关事宜
Handling　the　complain　and　anomalistic　issues　which　happened　in　the　market处理投诉和反映市场上异常的情况
Collecting　and　coordinating　the　freight　of　barges，truck　according　to　the　request　and　competitors根据需求和竞争对手状况，收集和整理驳船、汽车的运费信息
Establish　new　solutions　for　the　growth　and　unknown　demands根据需求和变化寻求新的解决方案
Thinking　independently　to　improve　efficiencies　related　to　our　supply　chain独立思考，提高供应链的工作效率

Essential　Skill　Requirements：基本技能要求
Fluent　written　and　spoken　Mandarin流利的书面/口头表达能力（中文）
Basic　verbal　English　and　functional　written　English基本的英语口语和书写、阅读能力
Knowledge　of　Chinese　logistics　operation中国物流知识
Familiarity　with　Chinese　traffic　laws　and　rules熟悉中国交通法律法规Excellent　verbal　and　written　communication　skills，particularly　telephone　skills　with　both　internal　and　external　contacts极好的口头和书面沟通技巧，尤其是与内部外部的电话沟通技巧
Functional　ability　with　Microsoft　Office　applications操作办公软件H
