World Cat Limited (Puma)（Shipping Coordinator/Supervisor (船务助理 /主管））

This position is based in Guangzhou Tian He (天河^):Your Responsibilities Monitor suppliers to comply data maintenance of the Standard Operating Procedures (e.g. timeliness in updating Letter of Credit and Shipping Details, release of Advanced Ship Notice, etc.) Process standard shipping actions including pre-advise and document dispatch advise to country as one-way communication only Process Multi-delivery Sequence in our in-house order management system (GBS) and work with the factories Follow up T/T payment status with factory and report outstanding payment to customer relations management team (CRM) Convey factories’ issues during production to countries Deal with factories to accomplish customers’ requests Escalate significant deviations to CRMWe Expect Diploma or above ideally in shipping or Supply Chain & Logistics management At least 2 to 3 years shipping/customer service working experience gained with sourcing/trading company Good working knowledge of I/E and shipping related procedures and documents Candidate from manufacturing / 3PL background with strong communications skills will also be considered Proficient in MS Excel, Word knowledge & Chinese word processing Good command of English and Mandarin Candidate with more experience might be considered for the Shipping Supervisor role
