　　阿尔斯通持有武汉锅炉股份有限公司51%的股份，是武汉锅炉股份有限公司的控股股东。武汉锅炉股份有限公司的前身为始建于1953年的武汉锅炉厂，座落于武汉东湖之滨。是中国第四大锅炉制造商，设计、制造和提供电站锅炉、工业锅炉、余热锅炉、压力容器、锅炉辅助装置以及相关产品。

　　Alstom  is  the  major  stock  holder  of  WBC(Wuhan  Boiler  Company)by  holding  51%of  WBC’s  stock  shares.WBC,previously  the  Wuhan  Boiler  Factory  founded  in  1953,is  situated  beside  East  Lake.It  is  the  fourth  biggest  boiler  manufactories  in  China.WBC  manufactures  and  provides  utility  boiler,industrial  boiler,HRSG,PV,boiler  auxiliaries  and  other  relevant  products.The  company  has  3,000  staffs,with  annual  sales  up  to  RMB  3  billions.
