　　博能传动有限公司成立于1992年，是制造机械传动产品的专业化公司。2005年，博能传动（苏州）有限公司成立，标志着博能南北布局的开始。2007年，博能传动（印度）有限公司在新德里成立，迈出了博能国际化的第一步。2010年，博能传动（天津）公司、博能传动（美国）公司相继成立，集团化步伐加快。
