卡拉罗（中国）传动系统有限公司

　　卡拉罗集团是一家总部位于意大利北部帕多瓦省Campodarsego的跨国集团公司。集团业务分为传动系统事业部，齿轮部件事业部，动力控制事业部和车辆事业部。目前卡拉罗集团在世界范围内拥有18家工厂，分布在阿根廷、中国、德国、印度、意大利、波兰和美国，另外，在土耳其和日本设有代表处，员工总数达4000多人。

　　传动系统事业部是卡拉罗集团的核心事业部，专业从事应用于公路、非公路车辆以及固定式设备用机械传动系统部件的设计、生产和销售。该产品主要应用范围包括农用拖拉机、土方机械、伸缩式搬运车、叉车、卡车和轿车、电动扶梯、电动步行道以及电梯。

　　卡拉罗（中国）传动系统有限公司是卡拉罗集团于2004年底在中国投资的第一家独资企业，总投资3000万欧元。2007年公司在城阳购地120亩，建设了新厂区，并于2007年10月由黄岛经济开发区搬迁至城阳青大工业园。公司核心业务是车桥和传动系统部件的制造和销售，产品同时涉及终端传动、内燃机用凸轮正时系统、齿轮以及其他机械零部件。
