　　CBL　provides　a　turn　key　solution　to　China　manufacturing　from　its　two　factories　in　Panyu，near　Guangzhou，in　South　China.  Whilst　much　of　the　client　manufacturing　and　assembly　is　handled　in-house，this　is　dovetailed　with　outsourcing　to　qualified　sub-contractors　where　this　is　beneficial.  Both　production　streams　are　comprehensively　controlled　by　the　same　CBL　project　management，engineering，quality　and　production　teams　from　start　to　finish.  Quality　management　exceeds　that　of　many　western　manufacturing　sources，with　the　emphasis　on　process　control，while　still　providing　the　economies　of　Chinese　production.
