江阴文昌服装有限公司

　　江阴文昌服装有限公司隶属江阴桑阳纺织公司的子公司，位于祝塘镇桑阳工业园区，占地350亩。公司地理位置优越，南临无锡、北枕长江；东至张家港，距沿江高速公路仅两公里；交通十分便捷。公司依托总公司年产能力8000吨针织绒类面料的生产体系（针织绒类面料：如摇粒绒、天鹅绒、氨纶毛圈、珠地网眼、氨纶汗布、珊瑚绒、舒棉绒及各种复合面料的深加工产品，集织造、印染、复合、服装和床上用品生产出口于一体，同时每年出口百万条此类面料的绒毯）作为新建的产业延伸项目，与总公司形成了一条服装产业链。

　　公司一期项目已投产，全程引进世界先进的针织服装生产流水线16条，其中包括电脑设计、裁剪、缝纫、整烫等设备，年产各种高档针织绒、休闲服500万件/套，包括天鹅绒套装；毛圈/氨纶毛圈套装；摇粒绒类休闲夹克/套装；汗布/罗纹类针织上衣/短裙，以及针织类时装(含订珠/绣花/印花)；各种男式T恤/休闲衫，以及根据客户样衣生产各类针织服装等。公司运用独特的工艺流程设计和现代的ERP管理系统，按照我国进入世贸组织后服装行业的国际新标准，建立了能与国际针织服装市场直接对接的高端平台。公司二期工程已于2007年5月初动工，计划于年底竣工。

　　投产后专业生产亚麻、苎麻服装面料和服装服饰。公司集纺纱、织造、漂染、服装生产于一体，可以按照客人提出的规格组织生产加工。主要产品有纯亚麻、纯苎麻、麻棉（麻粘）交织、麻棉（麻粘）混纺服装面料。公司内设有检品中心，负责检验生产的前期、中期和尾期大货，确保客户定单按时、保质出运。公司为目前国内针织服装行业最具有独创性的高标准服装生产平台；它创造性地打破传统工艺设计，汇集和整合了国内外优秀服装企业的精髓；既是融合和展示服装文化和自然和谐结合的载体；也是和世界主流品牌市场相对接的一流接口和通道。

　　Jiangyin  Wenchang  Garment  Co.,Ltd,a  subsidiary  subjecting  to  Jiangyin  Sangyang  Textile  Co.,Ltd,locates  in  the  Sangyang  industrial  park  of  Zhutang  town  with  an  area  of  350  mou.The  company  has  a  favorable  geographical  position,which  lies  close  to  Wuxi  in  the  south,rests  head  on  Yangtze  River  in  the  north  and  connects  to  Zhangjiagang  in  the  east.

　　It  is  only  2  kilometers  away  from  Riverside  Expressway  and  very  convenient  in  traffic  and  transportation.Relying  on  the  production  system  of  the  parent  company  that  has  the  ability  to  produce  8000  tons  knitting  velvet  fabric(knitting  velvet  fabric:such  as  polar  fleece,velvet,spandex  terry,mesh,spandex  fabric,coral  velveteen,flexible  cotton  velveteen,and  further  processed  production  of  other  composite  fabrics,combines  weaving,dyeing,recombination,garment  and  bedding  manufacture  and  exports  into  one  with  millions  of  cotton  blanket  of  this  kind  exporting  per  year),the  company  has  formed  a  garment  industry  chain  with  the  parent  company  as  a  new  extension  item.

　　The  first-stage  item  has  put  into  production  and  imported  16  pieces  of  advanced  world  production  lines,including  equipments  of  computer  design,cutting,sewing  and  ironing.And  it  has  the  ability  of  producing  various  knitting  sportswear  5  million  pieces/suits,including  velvet  suit,loop/spandex  terry  suit;polar  fleece  casual  jacket/suit;knitting/rib  fabric  coat/short  skirt,and  knitting  fashions(pearls/embroidery/printing  included);various  man’s  T-shirt/leisure  sweats  and  the  knitting  garments  produced  according  to  the  customers’requirements.

　　The  company  applies  unique  process  design  and  modern  ERP  management  system  and  established  the  top-end  platform  directly  linking  to  the  international  knitting  garment  market  according  to  the  new  international  standard  in  garment  industry  after  China  entered  WTO.
