Thales　Panda　Transportation　System　Co.，Ltd.（TPTS）is　a　Joint-venture　company　set　up　in　early　2005　by　Thales　Transportation　Systems　S.A.（member　of　Security　Division，THALES　Group）and　Panda　Electronics.TPTS　specialized　in　AFC（Auto　Fare　Collection）systems　for　public　transportation.
泰雷兹熊猫交通系统有限公司是法国泰雷兹集团和南京熊猫电子集团于2005年初成立的合资公司，致力于城市公共交通系统中自动售检票系统的生产和研发。

Thales　is　a　world　leader　in　AFC（Automatic　Fare　Collection）systems　for　public　transport.It　successfully　completed　many　metro　projects　for　numerous　of　Asian　cities，such　as　Hong　Kong，Taipei，Manila，and　more　recently　by　TPTS，such　as　New　Delhi，Bangkok　and　Nanjing　and　Caracas　in　2005＆2006.And　TPTS　also　get　the　updating　project　for　Beijing　Metro　Line.
泰雷兹集团在公共交通领域自动售检票系统的研发和生产处于世界领先地位，近年来成功完成了众多亚洲城市的地铁项目，如香港、台北、马尼拉等等。泰雷兹熊猫成立后，于05，06年内陆续完成了新德里、曼谷和南京1号线、加拉加斯地铁等地铁项目。并在06年初承接了北京地铁的改造。
