To provide station operations with organizational and administrative support, act as a direct customer interface; to handle shipments; advise on features of service, respond to customer inquiries and support them with the resolution of their issues; to comply with all operational, security and safety policies, procedures and processes with the objective to meet service commitments and maximize customer service.
职位要求：
大专或大专以上学历，应届毕业生或有相关工作经验者均可
英语熟练读写能力，简单英文会话能力
能熟练操作计算机，包括word, excel, outlook等办公软件
能适应晚班工作(工作时间15：00-23：00)，肯吃苦，有上进心
有进出口业务操作经验或国际贸易专业毕业者优先
具有团队合作精神和客户服务意识
