职位描述:
Responsibilities：
1. Machining parts and mechanical assembly parts sourcing in local market, new products supply chain set up, localization, and vendor development
2. Management of current suppliers’ data pool, price negotiation with supplier.
3. Work together with SQE for suppliers audit and development.
4. Work out quotations based on detailed cost analysis, supplier quality and capability
5. Develop & update supplier database, workflow, process, SOP & work instruction.
6. Set up measures to monitor response time, competitive pricing, quality.
7. Market research for all relevant materials and components to be purchased.
8. Technical support for local sourcing project to ensure the project achievement, technical support to develop the suppliers network to ensure highest quality according predefine technical specifications.
1. 负责机械零部件及其相应组合件成品的当地采购，建立新产品的供应链，国际化和供应商的管理和发展。
2. 管理机械零部件的供应商，与供应商就机械零部件的价格进行谈判。
3. 协同SQE考核供应商的加工能力以满足公司的要求
4. 处理供应商的报价并进行详细的成本分析
5. 发展和改进现有供应商资源，细化并改进现有采购管理岗位流程。
6. 考核现有供应商的能力
7. 对相关所需采购的材料及零部件做市场调查
8. 对国际化项目提供技术支持以确保其完成，对发展供应商网络提供支持以确保按照技术要求所采购的材料具有高质量。
Requirements：
1. Education: Bachelor or above, with engineering background
2. Working experience: More than 5 years hand on experience in purchasing and sourcing experience, More than 3 years purchasing experience in MNC of equipment manufacturing.
3. Knowledge of manufacturing process， gear case, motor drive, commercial contracts and strong negotiation skill
4. Language skill: English CET-6 or above；Computer skill: SAP and office software suit
1. 教育：大学本科学历及以上, 机械加工, 机械制造等专业相关背景
2.8年以上采购和供应商开发经验， 5年以上外资大型机械设备制造型企业采购工作经验
3. 熟悉机加工过程，减速机，电机驱动，良好的商务合同修订和商务谈判技巧
4. 语言能力：CET 6，计算机能力：熟练使用SAP和office 套件
